Calcium

My boys eat 2 Henrys blocks everyday along with their avacado,broc,cali,sugar snap peas,an almond or two,and a piece of a granola bar every day. They stopped drinking their milk. They are 5 months old and I new this day would come. Drinking their milk always made me feel good because they were getting all their vitamins,and their pro biotics. Should I' give them one tums each per week for calcium?

As long as they are actually eating their hhb's along with a healthy diet
feeding extra calcium is not necessary.
