Is there a substitute that I can use for Revolution for parasite control? Perhaps Frontline or another similar product?
I'm having a hard time finding Revolution in stores here in Ontario. I can most likely get it on line but our postal workers are on strike and already 30 days behind, I don't want to wait that long.
Thanks, Wally

What is it that you want to treat? Mites? Fleas? Other?

There are different types of mites, some are microscopic and one
wouldn't necessarily be able to see them with the naked eye.
Squirrel fleas you would be able to detect.
Frontline wouldn't be of any help, it only kills fleas, it's eggs and larva.
It has no coverage on mites where Revolution not only addresses fleas,
it covers the broad spectrum of mites.
I do believe you can get Stromectol (Ivermectin) in Canada. It is often
used with cattle and other farm animals. It comes in a liquid form and
in a paste like a toothpaste tube. Ivermectin has been used by myself
as well as other members but one must be diligent with it's use and not
over dose. If you were to find this we can instruct you on how to prepare
and the proper administration.
