Parkour is a 1 year old rescue. Neutered last week , and has been doing very well. Ran up an oak tree this afternoon, and is still there. He can climb up, but doesn’t come down. Many big owls out tonight! What can I do?

That’s a big problem.
I would be out there with a big spotlight. I would shine it in the eyes of the owls to draw their attention. He is a very vulnerable if he is sitting on a limb exposed.
How did he get outside?

He has always gone outside for exercise, but has never gone up an oak. I don’t see the owls until they are in flight. I’m just sick.

When you opted to have him neutered you opted for him to be NR. That means not being outdoors unless in a cage. Put his cage outdoors with his belongings in it for scent. Then pray he returns.

I wasn't going to say anything in this forum for related reasons.
The same thing happened to me almost 4 years ago with my girl who chewed
through a screen on the second floor and left. Didn't see her for a year, thats
when she came back with an injury and is now a 3 legged squirrel.
I'm glad your boy came back.

Don't let him roam out again. Get a halter and leash for him if he must have outdoor experience. Those owls will tear him to pieces.

Halters are still a bit of a conflicted option still... Squirrels are slinky little devils and many people have their squirrels slip out of halters and harnesses. Better to be safe and just bring your squirrel out in their cage.
