My 1&1/2 year old grey has been eating a lot of brazil nuts and is now lethargic and only want to sleep. I only found out today about how bad they are for him. Is there anything that I can do to help him? I pray that someone here can help he is and has been like a child to us.

Outside them being Brazil nuts, if he's been eating a lot of nuts he could also be experiencing
the insight of mbd. What is his normal diet, what all has he been eating?

He does eat a variety of things, fresh peas, green beans, okra broccoli and of course every kind of nut he can get his paws on. We do grind up 600 mg calcium pills and mix it with his water and sprinkle it over his pecans. We have buying mixed nuts lately and for the last couple weeks he has taken every Brazil nut and gobbled them up as opposed to taking them and hiding them like he does with most of the others. He is drinking water (with calcium mixed in) and will eat peas right now and unfortunately he had another brazil nut this morning before I found out how bad they are for him. He has the whole house worried for him and we just don't know what to do.

Update on my buddy Ollie, He has been away from brazil nuts for a couple days and is recovering nicely. He still isn't himself yet but much better.
Thank You for all you do for these wonderful creatures
