I just rescued a baby that was crawling through my front yard on a very busy street. He seems weak and scared. He was coming to me when I talked to him. I have photos. please help. I will do anything to help him. I live on big hill in a canyon. I could go let him go up on the canyon side, as there are other squirrels up there. But he seems weak.

Do you think he needs formula? I will go get it. Can I use a pipette to feed him? I only have a 3 ml syringe or a plastic pipette unless I can get something at the pet store.

Yes, Esbilac Puppy Formula is the only one you can get at the store acceptable for squirrels (picture below).

Alternatively you can use the Goat's Milk Formula:
3 parts goat’s milk
1 part heavy whipping cream*
1 part vanilla yogurt

Use the 3ml syringe and not the pipette! The pipette will present a great risk of Aspiration Pneumonia (AP) which is the number one killer of babies in human care.
