Minor sneezing but blood

Benny (6 weeks) started sneezing today. Just a handful of times. I came in from being gone 2 hours, and he had blood from his nose. No known aspiration, no clicking. Nursed only about half his normal 9mls. Should I jump on this with antibiotics?

Could he have fallen and bumped his nose? What type container/cage is he in?

He is in the plastic tub over hearing pad. No fall really possible. Just the sneezing . No more blood right now.

If the appetite does not improve or he seems lethargic, I would start antibiotics to treat for AP.

Just an update. He Sneezed for 24 hours. Yes, I was worried. But no discharge. Then he just stopped!
