Unfortunately, Oregon is one of the places where they kill non-native squirrels. This baby is near Portland, and she needs some help. The finder is looking for someone to take her, but the local wildlife center said that they will only euthanize fox squirrels. Is there a member here who is able to help? https://www.reddit.com/r/squirrels/comments/9jsk5q/hurt_squirrel_how_can_i_help_it/

Send them this link for how they can help now while we wait... Dark, warm, quiet.

She's going to try giving some ORS, and I suggested once an hour for the evening.

Ah, I didn't answer this. The simplest option seems to be to send me a PM here. I will check every hour or two until I hear from her.

Thanks for the help. I've got a local resource, and hopefully this little one will recover in their care.

Sorry for being late to the party, but I just now got the message. Did this one get help? Usually, Sammy's Mom or Island Rehabber will text me if there is an emergency.
