Hurricane Babies 5-6 weeks/ Possible AP

I know the drill. I don’t have a scale yet because most stores are closed due to the hurricane damage. However, I have two babies clicking. They may have aspirated from the previous caretaker feeding them. I only have access to Doxycycline Monohydrate. I need to know how much antibiotic to give these babies once I get a scale. I would love for someone to send me the equation for dosing. Thank you!

Doxycycline:
Form: Capsules, tablets, oral suspension and powder
Strength: 5mg/ml
Dosage: 5-10mg/kg
Route: PO
Frequency: BID or SID

Doxycycline should never be used if expired.

I sent dosing directions assuming weight of 175g so you can start getting a dose into them but a photo would help to conform general weight.
