Emergency Help .. just found a baby

From what I've read online already this little thing is about 4 or 5 weeks but I'm not certain. My concern is how to keep him warm and what he can eat until I can get something tomorrow and when I do, WHAT? I have a heating pad but not sure how to use it or what setting to use. My son found him and I don't want the little thing to die so hoping for as much help as I can get.

Hydration is the first thing to offer, heating pad on low half under container.
