North Raleigh NC Hurricane Baby needs rehabber

A friend found a baby on his sidewalk after the storms blew through in North Raleigh NC. He's unable to take care of the baby but didn't want to leave it there. Is there help to be found in this area with any rehabbers that can take on another little one? Baby's eyes are open and looks to be about 6 weeks or so old. I have the man's contact number and will send via private message if anyone can be found to help. He has nothing on hand to help this little one, I know card board boxes are a no-no but it's all he could find and had to borrow from a neighbor.

Until a rehabber can be found, warm blankets and a quiet safe place and cardboard box is fine.
