Can the finder keep the baby quiet and in a dark place till help can be found? Offer hydration with a syringe. It may be a little while till folks will be able to help.

That baby looks like it may still take formula. Powdered puppy Esbilac is what you would feed.

Lisa put me in touch with NC wildlife rehab who gave me the number someone closer to them. We are working on getting the baby to her now. Thank you everyone for all your help!!
