My little boy was a mess when I got him someone had already had him for a couple of weeks. Both front legs were broken. they have healed but i'm doubtful he'll be releasable. He also had pneumonia. Clicking badly and sneezing, runny nose too. After 15 days on Baytril, his appetite has greatly improved, he is using his arms, he ate some avocado too. But, he is still breathing very fast and is still sneezing clear liquid. WHAT DO I DO NEXT?

So glad you have him and at least he is improving. SInce he has been on the Baytril for two weeks, you may not want to keep him on it too long. I would try switching to Clavamox if possible....this may be a Baytril-resistant bug. Normally four to five days on Baytril and the pneumonia is pretty much gone.
