Hi everyone. I believe my baby Grey fox squirrel is about 6 weeks of age. Loves to sleep, eyes open, has only front teeth protruding through. I have been feeding formula about every 5 hours and allowing 8 hours at night for her to sleep. I'm still simulating and she is going fine but I noticed some parts of the cage is wet and found a poop or 2. Do I have to stimulate anymore?? Also I already added a rodent block but when should I add in solid foods and any suggestions for good first solid foods? Please and thank you

No, at six wks you do not have to stimulate but it is a good idea for a little while to check once or twice a day to make sure they remember to pee.
What formula do you have your sweetness on? At six wks she should be eating five times a day. You want to introduce a good healthy block to your baby at this time. I use Mazuri rodent block and Harland Teklan 18, which can be bought at Chris's Squirrel's and More. On this board, Many people also feed Henry's Healthy Pet block.

That is good. What is her weight. We would love to see a pic of your girl. We don't often see western grey foxer babies. They are bigger babies than what we have here on the east coast.
