Worried male pinkie cannot urinate

It’s been 24 hours and I’ve faithfully fed these three every 3 hours as directed by replies from yesterday . But this one little male ( and now his sister) have very red genitals. I’ve seen her produce urine, but barely can detect anything coming from his bloody tip . All I was told was that they had several fire ants on them. I also wonder if yesterday , before their feeding schedule became consistent, could they have “nursed each other” raw?? I applied triple antibiotic to his penis but no visible change. I had my daughter bring home some silver sulfadiazine ointment , wondered if I should try that? Or a steroid /hydrocortisone cream? He seems to be the least thrifty; slow to eat, barely produces stool. But I patiently keep trying until I see the “line” ( the IR presentation with pictures was so helpful!). If he wasn’t getting urine out surely he would have passed by now? Any other suggestions?

Most likely they are suckling each other and must be separated. The little boy needs to have the tip soaked and softened to be able to urinate. The ointment is good.

Ok, there are three, two siblings (M and F) and then one other male. Maybe I could try removing the non-sibling... Or three separate tubs, if best that’s what I’ll do. Hate for them not to get to cuddle together but better than this outcome I guess :(

Babies bits need to heal and then try to find out who the sucker is, but as of now they have to be separated. Sometimes they suckle themselves but that doesn't happen too often. Have you gotten pea out of him?

He’s stil taking formula ( weighs 30g today) , about 1.5 ml every 3 hrs. The milk line goes down, and he doesn’t appear swollen between feedings. But still can’t detect the pee coming out like with the others. Maybe he’s leaking in between meals? I just started the 1% Silver sulfdiazine cream instead of basic neosporin. Maybe will work better. Just strange , but will keep trying. I hate to keep rubbing that’s raw little thing. Just trying to gently wipe around it, not the tip thats so blood red .

Can you post a pic of his penis? I had one little guy whose penis inflated like a balloon, even though the scab at the end had been removed. It required gently expressing for awhile but eventually was fine. I didn’t have to keep mine separated forever.
