Hi, I am taking care of a 4 weeks old grey squirrel. At one feeding, some milk came out of his nose and I did my best to clean it and get it out. But sometimes I hear clicking noises and he is always sleeping now, not as active as before. He still eats normally and hungrily though. I don't have any antibiotics at hand. I'm not sure what to do ):

Call around to family friends and see what kind if ab you can come up with in case it is needed.
You would only need a pill, we can advise if what you find can be used and instruct how to dose.
Baytril (animal ab) Cipro (human form) are ideal. There are others that can be used in a pinch.
Keep in mind if baby has or does develop AP it takes them down fast.

Thank you, I am asking around but I'm not getting much. How will I know for sure that it is pneumonia?

Most of the time (but not always) the click is constant. Hearing that constant click while they are sleeping usually means AP. They also become lethargic and usually loose their appetite.
If you place him into a small plastic container, that often amplifies a click if it is present making it easier to hear.
As Step already said, anyone raising a squirrel would do well to have antibiotics for AP on hand since these babies can easily get aspiration pneumonia and it will take them down very quickly. AP is the #1 killer of babies in rehab.
Keep asking around for anyone having antibiotics on hand / left over. You would only need a single pill.
