Immediate help pink baby has pneumonia

I've had her for about a week and a half and she's always done good and seem to be healthy this morning when I woke up I found her clicking and breathing weird from what I've read it seems that she has aspiration pneumonia what dosage would I give her of ciprofloxacin 500mg tablets put her on a scale yesterday and she weighed 3 grams and also if anybody could tell me how to mix this to give it to her do I have to use water or could I use Pedialyte. I was also wondering my dad had COPD and asthma if I could possibly give her a breathing treatment

Please double check that weight, it cannot be correct. We will need an accurate weight to help dose the medications....
