Can you add honey to baby squirrel milk?

I would not - there is no reason to. Just follow this (#2 Esbilac w/probiotics): https://www.henryspets.com/3-formula-feeding/
When the get older this is the diet to follow: https://www.henryspets.com/healthy-diet-for-pet-squirrels/

If you are having issues with him liking the taste - sometimes it takes a while for babies because it doesn't taste just like mama - you can dip the tip of the syringe or nipple in a tiny bit of honey - just enough to get a teeny bit on it. That way the first thing he tastes when it goes in his mouth is the sweetness and sometimes it starts them nursing well and you can stop the honey.
Honey may contain neurotoxins from pesticides, it's not a natural part of a baby squirrel diet and adds unnecessary sugar.
Why do you ask?

Which formula are you feeding? How old is your baby?
Make sure the temperature of the formula is warm enough, but not so hot as to burn his mouth. Some babies do like their formula warm, others not so much.
