Meds are dosed by weight, what does he weigh?
What type Cipro, liquid tab? What is the milligram?

Sorry it is a pill. He is eating really well and moving a lot. Hoping that is a good sign

That is a good sign.

I'm going to send a PM with dosing in case it's needed.

I'm posting some pics for Nking.

The baby seems to be doing fine but has developed some bumps on the side over the ribs (right side). The bumps are not movable and are not attached to the skin. There appear to be three bumps. The bumps feel like bone and frankly the uniform spacing makes rib bones the most likely source.

Benji eats well and does not appear to be in pain. NKing is willing to get an X-ray if anyone knows of a vet. I doubt that this could be repaired and I don't know how this would impact future quality of life. I think a vet is definitely needed.

This is what the rib cage of a squirrel looks like.

If these are indeed ribs, my guess would be breaks where the rib meets the cartilage. I don't think it's the 2 floating ribs.

Anyone have any other ideas.

I think you’re right about a vet visit. Is there a safe vet to take him to? Sophie Squirrel might know of one, or reach out to Penny Cash. She might have resources.
