Need help on information in Massachusetts

One of the lastest wild baby squirrel I been feeding found lifeless in parking lot just now. I don’t know cause suspect nasty residents in apartment building put out poison. Please help who should I call which institution or facility should I turn to for help. I don’t know if he is going to make it probably not I am so sad. Malden mass.
