Taking a shot.. I'm far from home now but a very, very kind young man is trying to help a skunk with a broken leg, authorities will kill it of course... anyone out there that I can give him their number??

Port Chester, and he has no transportation.

It's alphabetical by name, not county. If you can't find one in Westchester surrounding counties are Rockland, Putnam, Dutchess, and Orange
