SMZ-TMP Dosing

I just received a large prescription bottle of SMZ-TMP (sulfamethoxazole trimethoprim) 400/80 tablets. I need dosing for a 260 gram squirrel including pill division & mixing instructions. Will be giving BID X 14 days so I need single dose instructions.

Unable to get oral suspension dosed by vet.
