We found pinkies
We have had them for almost three weeks now...they were doing great...
They were on esbilac
I switched them to fox valley informed it was better...
Three days later they look malnourished
We are giving rehydration fluid until tomorrow when we can go back out and get esbilac....
Can we save them
What else can I do....
I'm so worried
Please email em@martinmcmahonlaw.com

What was the Esbilac you were using liquid or powered?
If you were using the correct Esbilac besides being told one was better then the other what
facilitated the switch? Did you transition between the two formula's when you switched up?
Can you post a picture so we can better evaluate these babies.

When you switched their formula did you do it gradually? Did you mix 75% Esbilac with 25% FV and gradually increase the FV and decrease the Esbilac.
Are their bellies hard and bloated? Continue to hydrate them with water. If they are bloated they can be given one drop of children’s gas x. The water will help flush the old formula out.

Hang in there. Help is on the way. In the meantime more info would be helpful. Are their eyes open yet? How much fur do they have? Are you able to weigh them? It would help if you can explain what you mean by "they look malnourished". What makes you think they are dehydrated? Is it possible for you to take a picture of the little ones and post it? It is also necessary to describe exactly how much esbilac and FV you were feeding them. More experienced folks will be along shortly but if you can provide some more info it will help.
