Hi ya'll! its been a while since I posted. Okay so from what i know if the squirrel itself smells bad something is wrong. Well I've noticed that ace smells like poop... a lot. Its disgusting. I have to get my face near him, but when i do its not pleasant. He also has been pooping more than normal. On me especially, so playtime has been a nightmare. His diet hasn't changed at all (veggies, HHP block, small amount of fruit, meat of sorts) so i don't know what's up. Anyone?
What sort of meat are you feeding him? Is ace a flyer?

I agree, I'd also have to question that "meat of sorts."

Tiny pieces of ham or cooked chicken, never with any seasoning, hard boiled egg, and mealworms and waxworms when I have them. Never at the same time, but whenever I have any of these things I'll feed a little bit of one kind

Dental decay of molars can also smell like that.

For those that asked... yes, Ace is a flyer.
Are the poops formed?
I have no idea why he would smell, especially is he is pooping. Have you checked his hammock? Usually they won't poop in their bedding but I would check.
I wouldn't feed ham. More than likely it is cured ham and that's not something I would feed. It's full of salt. Chicken is fine.
