We were given Mae last week after someone found her after cutting down a tree. Currently, she is 72g. and eating 3.5ml Esbilac puppy milk replacer every 4 hours. Her left eye just opened today. My question is, how do you know when it is time to stop feeding through the night?

If she is eating well, gaining weight and otherwise healthy, you can take a sleep break at night. I usually did last feeding at 11-12 and again at 6-7 am.

We typically suggest feeding 5-7% of his weight in grams.
If after the 7% your little one still seems hungry, gradually increase the amount.
Remember any time you give additonal formula do it gradually so they don't bloat.
If he easily takes the increased amount without bloating you can give a little bit more
at the next feeding if he still appears hungry.
Just make sure that the tummy never feel hard after feeding.
It should feel like a half filled water balloon.

Here's a great link discussing the 5-7% "rule of thumb"

Here's a feeding chart that will help you determine how much to feed.
