We are going to need more information to help.
How long has it had the diarrhea?
Diarrhea can be caused by overfeeding. The amount we feed is determine by the squirrel's weight... do you know how much it weighs? If not, do you have a kitchen scale you can use to weigh it?
If it has had diarrhea for very long at all it will need additional fluids... Homemade Rehydration Fluid:
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar or apple juice
2 cups warm water
Store in refrigerator. Discard after 24 hours.

You can give the squirrel a drop of Kaopectate, which will temporarily stop the diarrhea. It is NOT a cure, it just allows the baby to retain some of the much-needed fluids you will be giving him. In the meantime we need to find the cause of the diarrhea. Most often it is overfeeding, but it can also be from a parasite such as coccidia. Forgive the question, but what color is the diarrhea and does it smell sweet or absolutely awful?

IT IS WHITE
IT DOES NOT HAVE A SMELL
Please tell us:
1. his weight
2. how much and how often you are feeding him
3. how you are storing the Fox Valley formula
And post a photo of him and his poo if possible.
4. Is he getting any other food at this point?

An 8 week old would be getting fed around every 4 hours and fed based on it's weight, with a break at night around 6 hours. Over feeding can cause diarrhea, that's why a weight is important. If he has diarrhea he should be getting hydration with water or you could use pedialyte between feedings. (Pedialyte for no longer than 48 hours) At this point you would introduce a rodent block for him to chew on and help him begin eating solids. This should happen before he is allowed any other solids.
Would you like us to help you find a rehabber near you?
You would need a squirrel friendly vet who is willing to help a unlicensed rehabber without taking the squirrel away. We can put feelers out on the board.

8 weeks old is usually 4 feedings per day, with 6 hours between, and eating blocks.
This varies depending the health and weight of the baby.
My 7 week olds are 200 grams, eat formula every 6 hours, and are chewing blocks.
Yellow to white diarrhea is most likely overfeeding... baby is pushing the formula out before it can be fully digested.

You need to get this baby on some solids.
Blocks, grapes, vegetables.
I have had some babies who weaned and refused formula in the 8th week.
You want to continue formula as long as they will take it.. to make them uber squirrels.
But they also need the minerals and vitamins from other foods for muscle growth.

OK I do not believe this squirrel has coccidia --- no need to look for meds right now. If it does not have a smell, it ain't cox :yuck
I believe he is being OVERFED. At his age he needs no more than 4 feedings per day and NONE at night. He can go from 10-11pm to 6-7am with no problem. I do it all the time. He also needs solid foods -- once their eyes open they need to start eating solids.
Javarat is correct -- space out his feedings, and add a drop of Kaopectate every 8 hrs until his poops firm up.
These are some of the better block....
When you first start putting them in his cage he may only crumble them and not seem to actually eat much of it. That's ok. After a few days he will get better and eat more of it. The Harlan and Henry's need to be ordered on line...

White poop means overfeeding for sure! The others have given you good advice on feeding schedules. What is the weight of your squirrel? Can you post some pictures, please?
Definitely add solids as well, starting with Henry's Healthy Blocks. plus the blocks J posteed too.
Thanks for saving this baby, we an't wat to see photos :D :D
