Is coconut water good for squirrels
I would not give them a bowl to drink but a teaspoon should be OK. It's a diuretic and will cause diarrhea. Are you talking fresh coconut water from a cracked coconut or the stuff out of a bottle? A lot of squirrel owners get a whole coconut, drink the water themselves and give their squirrels small pieces of fresh coconut.

This is my experience with the wilds outside.
I open a fresh coconut for myself. I drink most of the water myself, it is so good, but I put some in a small dish, about two tablespoons full. I have a favorite squirrel who just loves it, but occasionally she will refuse it. She does not drink the entire amount, I give her two tablespoons so she can choose how much to drink. What is left over I just leave on the back deck, and whatever is left is usually gone within the hour. I then put out pieces of fresh coconut meat for all the squirrels, and I eat the rest. Some squirrels love the coconut meat, others leave it alone.
If you are going to give coconut water from a container, and not a fresh source, I would read the ingredients, some have chemicals added for shelf life that may or may not be healthy for the squirrel. They might cancel out the good ingredients. Just my thoughts, as I am not big on what is added to our food sources.

This source act as diuretic as it is high in potassium. As such, the amount included in a diet would need to be rather small for the adults, initially 1/4, to see if the mean urine pH is maintained within the normal slightly acidic range of (6); for above (7.0) mean urine pH the body will dump Calcium phosphate into the urine to maintain homeostasis of pH in the bloodstream. For if the mean urine pH is maintained at over (7.0), overtime Calcium phosphate crystals will accummulate in the bladder in a mass of disassociated sharp crystals, which will abrade the lining of the bladder. If this dietary error isn't corrected, as to lower the mean urine pH by lowering the amount of sources in the diet higher in pH, it will lead to an infection, and may result in premature mortality.
For though as juveniles, tree squirrels require a higher intake of nutrients; as NR adults it is needful to lower their caloric intake as to not support the development of obesity over time. Lowering all foods by measure, including the greens, as not to overtop the healthy mean urine pH of the mid (6) range, is needful to maintain the healthy balance of urine pH, as this supports urinary tract health, and longevity.
In diets that are found to be too low in mean urine pH (5), (highly acid) range, a small Tsp. fraction of cocowater would lend support to raising the mean urine pH into the (6) range (slightly acidic) known healthy range for single gut small mammals and tree squirrels according to veterinary science.
