So after a very scary few days, 4 days at the vet, and a large vet bill...my 9 year old Weimaraner has been diagnosed with Cushings disease. She has been given trilostane 120 mg. It’s $120 a month!:eek Right now she’s on half a tablet so it would be $60 a month so not so bad but they plan on stepping her up. Anyone have a good website that sells medications cheaper? Just looking to see if I can find it cheaper than the vet sells it for when she’s on a whole tablet. Thanks for any help!:Love_Icon

Oh goodness that is SO expensive! My vet seems to think that my 12-year-old Pom mix also has Cushings disease.:( I hope you are able to find a cheaper source to get meds for your baby.:Love_Icon

Me too! Morgan is a 100lbs so maybe it wouldn’t be as expensive for your baby. I though we were going to lose Morgan. She stopped eating and drinking. She wouldn’t get up. My husband took her to the vet and I went to see her every day. That first day she was so excited to see me. Which is funny because she’s the only animal in the house that’s not “my baby”. So her excitement to see me showed just how much better she was feeling. I just wanted to make sure she knew we hadn’t left her. She’d never been away from home over night before. She’s so happy to be home and back with her boy (my 13 y/o son) and laying in his bed.

Didn’t know if anyone on TSB used any certain websites. Anyway I did just find one pet pharmacy that is about $30 cheaper and has free shipping and a discount for auto ship. Something is better than nothing. :grin2
