Please help

My 8 month old grey squirrel is holding his head to the side and making grunting squeaking noises. He doesn’t appear to have drainage from the ear but he seems to be in pain.

Could he have fallen? Does he have neuro issues or other issues that make him NR?

Can you give some background on your squirrel?
