Was she ever put on any antibiotics? Cat saliva can be deadly to squirrels. If she wasn’t put on any AB’s can you list any that you have on hand? I can’t help with meds but at least the info will be available when someone who can reads this.

Can you tell us how old are they and when did they get caught by cats? Are they taking formula? If so, has it ever come out of their noses?

How old are these babies? Do they have wounds? You will need to start them both on antibiotics asap. Can you get Clavamox, augmenten, ciprofloxicin or baytril?

What are you feeding them, where are you keeping them?

Please look at this: https://www.henryspets.com/baby-squirrel-care/

Meanwhile, keep the sick baby warm, put a tiny bit of honey, karo syrup or syrup on her gums.

Have you checked her teeth to make sure they aren't too long?
If she is having seizures rub a little molasses on her gums to get the blood sugar levels up.
Can you find Clavamox, Augmentin or Baytril, Cipro?

Ok, that diet is not meeting their nutritional needs. First thing they should be eating is a rodent block. You can buy those online or at the pet store. Mazuri, Kaytee, Harlan Teklad 2018 or Henry's healthy pets. Please look into these and choose one. You may have the best luck with Henry's if they have never had one.

Second, stop the nuts, seeds, corn and absolutely stop the squirrel food from walmart which is made for outdoor squirrels and will kill your indoor squirrels. I looked it up.

Here is a food pyramid for squirrels who are indoor. They need a specific diet or they will get a disease called Metabolic bone disease which is fatal. Please, please stop feeding them what you are and tomorrow get the the correct stuff! https://thesquirrelboard.com/forums/showthread.php?44440-Healthy-Diet-for-Pet-Squirrels

Metabolic bone disease can cause paralysis, seizures and death. Here is the protocol to for the emergency treatment of MBD: https://thesquirrelboard.com/forums/showthread.php?32122-MBD-Treatment

That's debatable and different people have different preferences, but what's important is that they eat one and since they would rather have veggies, fruit, nuts and seeds (like a kid would rather have ice cream), the ones made by Henry's Healthy pets (https://www.henryspets.com/hi-protein-blocks/) or for picky eaters (https://www.henryspets.com/picky-blocks-adult-formula/) might be tastier and easier for the to get started on. You will supplement these with veggies from the list I gave you and occasional fruits. Save nuts and seeds for way later once you know they are well. No corn.

edit: And thanks for caring and getting them on a healthy diet!

Start the MBD protocol now. If her seizure is related to MBD it will help, if not it won’t harm her to have the extra calcium.
