I gave birth to my baby girl at 9:58p I fed formula yesterday morning couldn't feed tonight because I have to make formula and only have enough for them to eat this am...but had my mom throw broccoli, carrots, apples, and rodent blocks in cage last night do you think they will be okay eating formula 1x a day until I can make it home? I was only feeding 2x before labor. Boys are about 12-13 weeks and 1lb
They will be fine eating that for a couple of evening meals. How are you doing? When are you coming home?:Love_Icon

I saved the formula for mornings because I heard thats the important one but had my mom give fruit, veggies and blocks last night ill have her bring the stuff here to make more formula today! I'm leaving here Tuesday. Im not sure how they are I woke up at 7a and gave formula and went to hospital I've been freaking out over them lol. They were good when i left though

Oh your little girl is SO gorgeous, and the picture of health.
Congratulation, she will change your life for forever in ways
you can't even imagine. All in good ways too!
I love how you just gave birth and are concerned about your
little ones at home. You're the best!
Make sure that the little ones have access to a water bottle.
The only thing to be concerned about is hydration. If they
are drinking, they can go some time without food, so not
to worry about that.
CONGRATULATIONS AGAIN, ON YOUR BEAUTIFUL, PRECIOUS DAUGHTER! :w00t:blowkiss

Almost 16 years ago I was in the same shoes you are in!! I was raising my first squirrel on my own when I was pregnant with my first son. Fortunately I gave birth in February and she had already weaned. I worried so much for my little Pee-Pie at home while I was away! It's a lot to deal with a new baby and a squirrel at home too.
:Love_Icon Congrats on your precious baby girl! :Love_Icon Nancy is right, she will change your life in ways you can't even imagine yet. Make sure to rest as much as you can while in the hospital!
