I don’t know dosing but I do know someone will be here soon to help. Is there a clicking sound when your baby breathes? They will also need to know the weight in grams. I hope everything works out well for your baby and you.
You need to include what meds you have on hand (name and strength) and a weight in grams of your little one for someone to give you a dose.
What are you feeding, syringe? Nipple? How did it happen?
Best meds are ciprofloxicin, baytril. Can you get that?

Any other info
Neither of these will work. You will need human ciprofloxicin ( 1 tab), baytril (animal med), not as good for AP but can be used: clavamox (animal med), augmentin (human med). Call friends, see if anyone has one tab of any of these in their cabinets.
