Can I get a Cipro dose for a juvenile squirrel weighing 143 grams please. Cipro pill is 500mg.

What are you dosing Cipro for?
Can you tell us about your squirrel?
What formula are you feeding etc.
We don't like to give out dosing with some background.

Yes she came to me with aspiration pneumonia. She is about 8 weeks old. She is on fv 20/50 which fv is the only formula I use for any of my babies and pedialyte in between to keep her hydrated. She also has a broken lower back so her bladder is expressed regularly and kept calm and quiet with a cool humidifier and a heating pad on low heat to try and heal and hopefully regain strength. She has plenty of energy and will to eat and drink. I ran out of Baytril and my vet is not available at the moment to get any. All I have on hand is Sulfamethox 800mg, Ciprofloxacin 500mg, Prednisone 20mg, and Albon 5mg.

I will dose the Ciprofloxacin 500mg. This is the human form of Baytril.
Remember Pedialyte no more than 48 hours. You can hydrate after that
with warm water with a touch of honey for taste.

She is VERY small for an 8 week old squirrel. Can you post a picture?
