Need dosage for AP please

Morning all, I have a hurricane Irma survivor acting lethargic and is making the AP clicking sound. Stupid @%$& 5 ml sticky syringes. He is a young male, Eastern Fox weighing 176g today. Started acting lazy last night, didn't want formula this morning, convinced him to take 5ml, had to convince again today at lunch and only got 4 ml. He is looking a nit disheveled, cool to the touch, cranky and not wanting to hang with the other 14 Irma rescues his age. Currently on hand I have Amoxicillin Oral Suspension USP 400 mg/5 ml, Ciprofloxacin HCL 500 MG Tabs and I have some Prednisone 10 mg. Advice? help? Thank you
