Man there are WAY too many categories here. Jumping through hoops of fire trying to figure out where to post something. How about one on the home page like "if you're new and don't know where to post it, put it here"
So the female I had info going in the life threatening category has reappeared. She's thin and nearly blind and is easy prey for cats, dogs, cars.... My cats ignore her. She even wandered right up to my most aggressive cat sitting on a wood pile, and my cat just reached a paw out in curiosity to her. Have video if I figure out how to post it. We've contacted a wildlife agency that usually doesn't get involved with squirrels that don't have contagious diseases, but are awaiting approval to come get her and give her a humane end. She can't see, is harassed by the others, falls frequently, and is malnourished.

This is obviously a life threatening issue, I will be moving it into that section for more eyes on this poor baby.
This is really sad to think euthanasia as her only option.

Oh no!! I'm glad that she's shown back up, but hate the thought of her being euthanized because of eye issues. Wonder if we have anyone in your area that could help her and maybe spare her life?

Are both eyes affected or just one? Whatever decision is made, it sounds like she needs help, either a rehabber who can get her to a vet to try and help her, or to painlessly help her pass over. She certainly will not last long if she can't see with both eyes? :(

We're keeping optimistic so not rushing into anything just yet. She finds her way into the big house so we keep food n water on it's porch, and we've sliced up apples and put those everywhere. They are juicy and may help her hydration. We have an apple tree and those furrballs eat most of them. Trust me, if capture and transport we're possible, we'd have done so long ago but trapping just her and not the rest is a joke.
