roasted or raw peanuts are better

I have been buying roasted unsalted peanuts and switched to raw. Now my friends wont take them. Do you think they will aquire a taste for them or should I roast them. don't worry I do not use salt.

Peanuts are not good for them, whether roasted or raw. They are actually a legume and not a nut. The nuts that are best, in descending order, because of their calcium to phosphorous ratio are almonds, hazelnuts, pecans and walnuts. A few peanuts will not harm them, but it's best to offer some healthier alternatives.

To clarify, we are talking about your wild buddies, right??

yes wilds plus our little guy we released June 7. Thanks for the info on the nuts. I will do better and get more healthy ones. I did not know. I also have given him black and white sunflower seeds.
