Please give me details on how to properly transition a baby to another formula

Don't start a new thread. Stick with the old so someone trying to see what's happening can get the whole picture and it won't slow anything down. I already sent a PM to a few members directing them to your thread so that you can get the info.

This is more than just transitioning and is more complicated when you have a baby in the condition yours is in. Hold tight and hopefully we can get you the info you need soon.
