Sucking

My boys like to suck on each others privates even after feeding is this normal or should I separate them? Or will they do something if they dont like it? They are all from same litter and about 5-6 weeks old

Yes, you need to intervene. It can be life threatening if one develops a scab on his penis and can't urinate. If you see a scab you should soak him in some warm water to soften the scab and gently remove it. As you stimulate them to pee please be sure they are all peeing. Sometimes feeding more often can help. Otherwise they will need to be separated.

I always take them off as soon as I see it but yes scabs have happened but they still pee im sure of it. How do in break that habit of them doing it or I just need to separate?

You can put a product called Yuck around the penis. I've heard this has worked for others.

Sometimes yuck worked sometimes not! I create a 'Bin-of-Shame that the sucker goes into. I'll keep them separated for a day to see if the habit has been broken. I find that seems to help. Oh yea, we laugh and call them names, too.
