Very normal, as long as they aren't drawing blood. :)
This is how they learn their boundaries. You will most
likely start to see the "alpha" squirrel emerge, and the others
will "know/learn their place".
How old are they now?
IF this play becomes too much, meaning when they are not allowing
others to come out for food or water, then something needs to be done.
We have seen that only a handful of times on the board though.
