Hi, I have 2 grey squirrels and 2 days ago they started scratching. I just started giving them a few new things to eat but that's all I can think of. I started giving them some of those sweeties bell peppers. They eat one a piece around 2 pm with their fruit and veggie plate. Also bought some rose hips and a dried veggie blend from Exotic Nutrition. com
I have a few pictures. Also added a new pouch from the same site. I think it's the sweeties peppers. The scratching is around their mouths and chin. As you can see in the pics. Please help. Thanks.
I just need to know what to do to help clear this up before it gets worse. (Stopped the peppers and all other things new that I listed)

Process of elimination was definitely the right way to approach this, I too suspect the peppers.
Are they still taking formula/ What type have you been feeding?
The first and only solid food babies should be introduced to should be a good quality rodent block.
They should be eating those and eating them well before other solids are introduced.

Thanks for writing back.
She is 2 years old next month.
Stopped the peppers.
Eating rodent blocks, Henry's blocks, special squirrel diet from Exotic Nutrition site and monkey biscuits sometimes.
