Ok I have 2 little greys that are about 6 wks or so. They were under wieght when I got them a week ago. One was 49g and the other 52g. They are gaining weight and look healthy. I've been feeding them the 5% of weight in formula and they have only gotten up to 79g and 72g. I was wondering if I should go up to the 7% to see if that helps them put on more weight. They are healthly just small.

After a week of eating the formula you can try to up their feeding to 7% if your babies can handle it and will accept the extra amount.
You can also try adding a little heavy cream to the formula for extra calorie intake.

*But over all in my ten years of raising greys I've noticec they will catch up and start to gain much needed weight when squirrel blocks and other foods are added in with their formula feedings.

Here's a great thread regarding the 5-7% "rule of thumb".
Just make sure that you do so gradually, and also that when done,
the tummy feels like an inflated balloon, and NOT hard.

You can purchase some Fox Valley Ultraboost to add to their formula. It has extra calories and less side effects of loose stools than whipping cream.
