Crape Myrtle Flowers

I think I checked on this before, but can't find the thread. My husband is trimming these trees again; they are nice sized branches, I'd love to give them to the girls. But what about the blooms? They are covered with big flowers... thanks 😋

I know there must be something saying they are safe because I feed them to Sammy all the time. He LOVES them. I won't feed anything wild until I see on the board that it's safe. :grin2 I'm a nervous Nelly like that.

Oh good, thank you! I love to give them fresh roads and highways in their room...I just worried about the blooms... So Sammy eats blooms and no problems ?

He eats the buds, blooms, leaves and branches with no problems and has been doing so for a while now. :serene I have a ton of them in my yard so there's never a shortage of supply for him on that front. HA!

Does it matter what variety of crepe Myrtle.? I have several different types of the crepe Myrtle trees in my yard
