Sometimes, when I'm syringe feeding the baby chipmunk, she gets this odd look on her face-- kinda like she's zoned out-- like her eyelids will droop, almost closed, and she'll just sit there, not moving, either with her mouth half open, or with her jaw still moving like she's suckling, but she seems to be in some kind of trance or something... Is she ok?

It's a feeding trance. Some do it all the time. Just tap her on the head, blow on her whiskers, pull the syringe out of her hands, rearrange her on the blanket...just something to divert her attention to bring her out of it. It doesn't mean anything is wrong with her, she's just thoroughly grooving on her food.

😅 Ok thanks... I was worried that maybe I was feeding her too fast and aspirated her or something...
