I will be taking the test to become a licensed wildlife rehabilitator in August. I live in Long Island, N.Y., and I just needed to know-- Does anyone come to inspect ur house? I'm only asking becuz I am not a homeowner. I rent, and there is another couple who lives downstairs that I don't think have their green cards/necessary papers to be here legally, and I don't want to cause problems for them...
