Bunny Help!!!!!!!

Hi guys and girls,,

I was just out at the gas station, and found a bunny next to a shopping plaza which is mostly roads, I wasnt sure what to do, its not like its a forest area were seeing him/her would be normal, there are cars all over and roads, I tried for half an hour to call on him/her but he kept running and I kept trying to get him to go back to a small grassy area, should I take my cage there and try to catch it? are they used to finding their way home? what if someone just throw it there and left, and now has no idea how to survive??? what do I do??

Was it a baby or an adult? Was it a cottontail?

I know nothing about rabbits, but he was running and jumping, he/she looks healthy and not injured at all, he/she had a white short tail yes

Chasing a wild bunny is not the right thing to do. They stress very easily.
