EDIT: I just read that eating oak tree leaves can make their urine this color. She has eaten some leaves and found a few acorns yesterday.

Is this squirrel urine an unusual color? She doesn't usually peee on a white surface.

A little dark, nothing really looks that unusual.
Yes, acorns can darken the urine even turn it red in some cases.
Can't count how many times people have come on terrified their
babies had a uti and were peeing blood after eating acorns.
