Constipation and illness??? Please help!!!

I have a male flyer who recently has been showing signs of illness (?). I have been sick for a few days, and he does this weird cough like squeezing a half empty plastic pet water bottle. (Lol very descriptive) he has also been more inactive then usual. Can they get sick from people?
Also a few days ago he started not pooping or peeing much. I got worried bc he poops a lot at night like any other rodent. He only poops a little now and then and I'm getting really worried. He keeps squeaking randomly and is doing it right now. Help please!!!

Sounds like dehydration to me. Have you checked his water sources? Will he allow you to syringe some fluids to him?

He drinks a lot of water as far as I know and his foods have a lot of water but I'll try rn thank u.

I've heard of mega colon. Do you think that could be it? Idk exactly what it is, but I hope it isn't. Can you describe it to me without HUGE words please? Also, I put orange in his water and he seems to like it.
