We have a cage for her when we are not home but when we are, which is most of the time, we let her out an play as she pleases. She seems to stick around where I am to some degree... :Love_Icon but I would love to litter box train her. I have heard this is possible. Is it? If so, how?

It's very easy. Pick a corner of her cage, and put a litter box in. It can be a low food container, or a rodent litter box, or anything with low sides that she can easily step into. Put litter in, like critter care bedding or fleece. Whenever you get her out, put her in the box. If she goes somewhere else, put it in the box then show her. She'll get it eventually. Most squirrels do not use the box for peeing thou. Hope this helped!!!

I tried using cat litter. BAD IDEA!!! She started eating it! LOLOL So same stuff like for hamsters or other rodents? I think that is cedar chips.

No! Cat litter can black them up and kill them!!! Cedar chips work OK but I prefer fleece of critter care paper bedding because it won't smell as bad for longer periods of time and soaks everything up.
