I found a squirrel that was being harassed by a couple of cats. It wasn't moving very fast if it moved at all. I managed to get it into a pet carrier. It doesn't move much and I seen a little blood from his/her front paw. It is still breathing and moves ever so often. I have it some water in a bowl to see if it drinks. Any help would be appreciated.

Anytime there are cats involved, we give antibiotics, even cat saliva can be deadly to squirrels.
Do you have access to ONE Baytril (animal antibiotic) or Cipro (Human)
or Clavamox or Augmentin?
Can you post a photo? We dose by weight in grams, and I doubt that you
can weigh her.
Put in plenty of t shirts or blanket so she can burrow under.
Remember warm, dark, quiet area.
Give her some apple slices, and nuts out of the shell for now.
If you have watermelon, grapes (slices) or any juicy fruit,
offer that as well.
Is he inside?
I will be going to bed in a few minutes, but there are some night owls,
that should be along to help you.
Thank you for helping this little one.

Perhaps they can tell you who helped them with their little one.

GREAT NEWS! REHAB FOUND in HOUSTON! We found a rehab! She works at a vet clinic, and she is going to x-ray him and get him up and going best she can. Will keep everyone post. I'm so relieved to have found someone who knows better than me how to care for him!
