I would guesstimate 6+ weeks old.
I would not offer any additional food yet.
Just keep feeding him the 5-7% rule of thumb if he'll take it.

~ 6.5 - 9 ccs of formula at each feeding.
IF he wants more slowly add an additional .5 every other feeding.
For now lets just keep it at this amount, IF he will take it.
I also suggest that he be fed every 4-5 hours.

Are you giving him Powdered Puppy Esbilac with the third ingredient being dried whey protein?
