Federal Permit Course
WRNC is offering a new course for rehabilitators who wish to obtain their federal permit. The sessions are comprehensive, covering all aspects of avian care.*
The course will be held in two locations. *Asheville NC * Nov 10-11 *and Raleigh NC Dec 1-2
